A modern and vibrant residential development is sprouting on the south side of Munich.
Concept-Real zwei GmbH is building attractive residential units as studio apartments or with 1–3 bedrooms in feel.munich, a new development at the south end of Munich.
feel.munich’s name says it all – its urban character and charm are enhanced by shops to meet your daily needs like a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and of course cafes.
One highlight: large, inviting, roof-top gardens that are open to all residents, offering a place to relax high up, partly overlooking Munich’s skyline or with a view of the Alps.

On February 24, 2016, Concept-Real zwei GmbH held a groundbreaking ceremony graced by Munich’s Mayor Dieter Reiter, the City Planner Prof. Dr. (I) Elizabeth Merk, and project partners Accumulata and Gewofag. Caroline Noeding, Miss Germany 2013, and the mascot of this building project, also attended the celebration. The following week, Concept-Real zwei GmbH kicked-off this residential development.
The eight-hectare site at the corner of Boschetsrieder and Drygalski-Allee will have a total of 1,200 modern residential units, including roughly 320 condos.
A long planning phase and the multi-stage competition assured the high-quality of architecture and urban planning of this entire development marked by a sophisticated landscape. Residents were involved early on to incorporate their wishes in the planning phase. The outcome: elegant urban architecture that merges beautifully into the new green landscape. This park-like development is a car-free zone, which is perfect for both children and adults
Munich is one of the most-loved cities – in Germany and around the world. Situated on the Isar River, Munich unites tradition with modernity, art with culture, work with leisure, and nature with urban living – in a manner seldom found elsewhere. It is both a metropolis and a village. This blend defines especially the area of Obersendling, which has been growing into an increasingly attractive residential area. On the south, Obersendling adjoins the popular area of Solln with its classy residences. Obersendling is a great place to live – with a favorite corner for every taste!
Live under the same roof and have fun together on the roof: the generously sized gardens of feel.munich are there for all residents. Use them to meet and mingle, eat together, enjoy the lovely view under open skies, or simply relax. On days with a foehn, the mountains in the south feel like they are at your doorstep. Or look northwards to appreciate Munich’s skyline. Savor the life and freedom of feel.munich – alone or in a community!
